"Your first line of defense in a situation of negativity is the positive use of your creative mind.
You must stand as a beacon of positive energy if you are to break free of negative controls and move into a higher expression. You can do this both as an individual and within a group action."
When I was a teenager and would experience my dad getting angry...I got mad at him for getting mad. The trigger would go off and I would participate in the negativity. It was like a magnet pulling me into it.
The higher action, the one that is not so easy, the Master's path is to find a way to move towards the positive. Using the creative mind for good. Taking time to take dominion over my reactivity.
I would later remove myself from the situation and use my creative mind to find my center. Through inner focus of my tone or moving my mental focus toward something else.
The most important thing I have learned was not to judge myself for my reaction. That's like judging my leg kicking if someone hits my knee. It's a reflex.
May you focus on the good, the grace in your world and may you lift yourself and those around you.
