If you can go to the essence of something, not just the physical form, the emotional vibration, or the mental concept, but the true essence of something, you can bring it forward.
This also applies to going beyond your unconscious filters, your unconscious programming, your ego structure.
I ask for clear seeing...
I ask for clear listening...
I ask for clear sensing....
I ask for clear knowing...
