The Words Coming Out of Your Mouth

Become aware of the dialogue in your head, what comes out in words.
I was sharing with my dear friend, John-Roger and telling him of one of my many worries at the time. He said, "What are you doing!? You are creating with the words coming out of your mouth!"
You create all the time.
Weave words of abundance, prosperity, wealth, riches, loving, caring, sharing and touching to others in kindness.
You are not responsible for what goes through your mind, just what you hold on to. What you give energy to.
Give energy to your Spirit.
Peace inside of me and peace to Ukraine and Russia.
