It seems easy. Just expand, go into the good. There is also our ego identity that wants to survive. It was strange when I realized this. Our "victim" identity has a sense of survival, it fights to s...tay alive. If we try and change our story to expansion the "victim" will challenge that so it will not die. It will fight for survival.
There usually is a reason we build this ego identity. We do it for protection, we do it to try and make sense of our life and world. It is put in place for a reason. If we can go in and identify the reason and re educate that part of ourselves and give it a new job, forgive ourselves for the misbelief and judgements, reframe it for our "expansion" then we prepare the place for the Grace.
May the clarity and understanding come forth and may you realize you are the creator of your story, you define your life.
