The Eye of Provedence

Surrender yourself to the grief, or any emotion that you judge as not "happy, spiritual, good" instead of judging it, or trying to distract yourself from it.
In surrendering yourself to the experience you will gain wisdom.
Surrender to the acceptance, the first law of Spirit. You also can allow the Divine Presence to come in and bring forward the balm of peace.
Peace inside of me and peace in the world for the highest good.
