The Distraction

Anything that "annoys to distraction" takes me off course from focusing on what I really want and on to the distraction.
Do you want to focus on the blessings in your life or the things that make you upset?
Do you want to focus on the intention of bringing more abundance and grace in your life or what makes you angry?
Where do you place your energy?
May you place your energy into the forgiveness and the expansion, into the healing and love.
