As we move closer to our vision the petty tyrants the subconscious fear and misbeliefs of unworthiness can bubble up. They may look like they are there to stop you, but in truth they are brought up to heal and to bring forward the authentic truth of who you are.
As J-R has said "That that can be shook, will be shook." For me what is left after all is shaken off is the core of you, your Soul, your divine self.
If you feel like contracting....expand into the healing and the truth.
The Angel at the Gate is guarding it from the misbeliefs and only letting the purity of who you are through.
