"Terror is fear of the unknown. Fear is when we think something is going to happen a certain way. Terror is of the unknown. But look at the funny thinking here; if it is unknown, why have terror, why not have ignorance? Why not have doubt? Why not have anything but terror?
Terror is also usually involved with the idea of "What if they leave me?" "Oh my God what would I do?" Terror is a self-induced attachment to materiality with emotions running on top of it and a hallucination of what it might be. I have never found anything that could make me feel terror except my own imagination."
ALWAYS win in your fantasies.
If the negativity shows up use a pattern interrupt, deflect the thought and reframe and redirect the mind to something positive.
There are many tools that we have to move the negative to the positive. The hardest part is to actually do it.
May we have the discipline to move our creative imagination to the abundance, prosperity and riches that are the blessings that already are.
