We sometimes burden ourselves with the judgements as we move through our lives. It's like picking up stones, logs, or boulders as we walk along a path thinking it will help us to learn, to change, to remember not to do it again. It only weighs us down.
You are not here to be punished or hurt. We experience things in order to learn fro...m them, to heal old wounds, to gain freedom.
Do not move forward expecting gold. Their may be a flower or a waterfall there. If you were expecting gold the flower or waterfall will bring disappointment. Your liberation was in the flower but you missed it.
Walk lightly and keep looking toward your freedom. Move on into the Peace.
