Peace be still

This picture was above my grandmother's bed in her house on the ranch that she and her husband, Erastus, laid claim to back in the early 1900s outside of Deming, New Mexico. It was the bed she died in.
It was also the ranch where my mom was born.
Sending you love Georgia America Hurt...Granny Hurt. Yes, that was her name.
