Patience

To be able to watch your mind, your focus, and hold the positive, the uplifting vision, through these challenging times is the mark of a master.
Do it for a second, a minute, and when you go off into worry or doubt, break the pattern of negativity and go back to the positive.
Many of us have tools to do this. May we have the wisdom and fortitude to use them.
