2/15/2022 0 Comments Let Go"We can let go of what binds us to our past. We can let go of our bad habits and our negative conditioning. Sometimes this letting go takes place through a process of releasing, or a surgeon's knife, a major illness, a fall, a car crash, and -- please get this very clear -- by just saying, "It's over." But to say it's over, as statement of faith, means you've got to act, with your body, emotions, and mind, in a way that reflects that it is over. You can't say, "I'm going to quit smoking," and then buy cigarettes. You can't say, "I'm going to stop drinking," and then go sit in a bar. You've got to put yourself in line with the new behavior. Do you hear deep inside what I'm saying? You can't negatively prepare the place for yourself." - John-Roger, DSS
I realized I can have an epiphany, an Aha! and feel my "karma" shift. I have done this by going to deep trainings and workshops, but over time my habits can start to bring the old ways back. The key for me now is to have the Aha! and then do those things to shift my habitual response. There are many tools; reframing, forgiveness, observation, affermations, etc. I look at it like I'm in training . May you be devoted to your growth, the shift. Devoted to your expansion and joy.
