Go Back to the Expansion

To choose the expansion in the midst of contraction is not easy. It takes, intent, focus, discipline.
To go inside and touch into the core of who you are rather than being pulled by the negativity and "shoulds" of the world is a Master's Path.
May you continually choose the expansion.
If you are pulled off track then go back to the expansion
If your emotions seem overwhelming, go to the expansion.
If you feel defeated, go to the expansion.
If you judge your behavior, go to the expansion.
It may just be a microscopic shift...but choose it.
