Then see yourself comfortably handling the situation. The image of your positive thought will come back through your consciousness and start clearing the pressure at that point. You might have to hold it for a while, and you might have to go over this procedure more than once. You may have years of conditioning that you are altering."

In my experience as you hold the image of what you want in your life, the old beliefs, programming and mindsets will come up to challenge it. I have come to look at the challenges as indicators that I am getting ready for a break through to a new consciousness, closer to what I am holding for. The challenges are there to clear and heal.
It is easy to fall back into the negativity, the challenge is to keep holding the image of what you want and clear, heal or pray for Grace to move through the negativity.
May the path to your success be filled with joy and Grace.
