"You cannot control the mind or the emotions, but you can direct them the way you want them to go. When the emotions flood forward, you can stand clear of those emotions. You can change your direction and place a new direction for yourself to move mentally and emotionally.
You are not responsible for what comes into your mind. A lot of things come into your mind all day long, and you can let any thought just flow in and flow out. You are responsible for what you hold in your mind and for those thoughts to which you add your energy. So be careful what you hold in your mind because you may become that."
May you hold peace, abundance, joy, beauty, and health in you mind and may all the rest flow down the stream untouched.
