I find that not only is my view of the world subconscious but it is also habitual and ingrained in my body and emotions. This is why it can be hard to overcome my own negativity. Much of it is habitual.
To overcome this I do my best to keep in my mind the vision of what I want and when I do add the positive emotion of having the success, the win, the peace, the joy. Have the positive emotions and gratitude fuel the vision in order to shift the old subconscious world view and beliefs about myself.
ALWAYS win in your fantasies.
You can't afford the luxury of a negative thought.
Use forgiveness, reframing, deflecting the negative and continually go back to the positive focus.
