I've read that we have about 400,000,000,000 (Billion) bits of information present to us every second. Out of that 400 Billion we filter down to taking in and interpreting about 2,000 bits. This is what we call reality. This is how we define ourselves and our world. If we can shift where we put our focus on those 400 Billion bits we can dramatically shift our world. Where you put your focus you create, where you put your Heart, becomes.
