"What are you doing? You are creating your world with the words coming out of your mouth!!" - paraphrasing something J-R told me when I was voicing my fear and negative worry to him way back when
When the worry tries to take over and the images in your mind turn dark, ...deflect them, dance, jump up and down, do a pattern interrupt, then go to envisioning what you want. Yell affirmations out loud until they over ride the negative words in your head
And forgive.
