Accept and Love it All

Another piece I find with myself and working with people who are beginning to see their old subconscious programming is that they start to judge themselves. How could I have been that way? Why did I do that for so long?
That is the next trap.
Love yourself and forgive yourself for all of your judgements.
Accept and love it all.
